AUDITED · CERTIFIED · PUBLISHED

The part of the school you shouldn't have to ask about.

Every claim on this page has a certificate, a log or a named person behind it. Where something has gone wrong, we've said so — a safety page that reports zero incidents is a safety page nobody is filling in.

PERIMETER

One gate, one register, one photo ID

There is a single controlled entry point for the whole campus. Every visitor is photographed, matched to an ID and issued a badge that expires the same day; no visitor moves through the building unaccompanied.

Photo-ID verification and a printed badge for every visitor, including parents
Pickup is against a coded card — a new person needs written authorisation on the app
Gates lock at 8:00 AM and open at 3:00 PM; late arrivals enter through the office
Guards on a 24-hour roster, all police-verified and re-verified annually
WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE
Chief Security Officer — Mr. R. Bhandari
LOG REVIEWED WEEKLY
CHILD PROTECTION & POSH

A complaint here skips every desk.

Anything marked POSH or anti-bullying bypasses the class teacher, the head of section and the principal's office, and goes straight to the internal committee. That includes complaints about any of those people.

👩‍⚖️
Presiding officer
The safeguarding lead chairs the committee and receives every marked complaint directly.
🧑‍🏫
Two staff members
One from the primary wing and one from the senior wing, elected by the staff body each year.
⚖️
An external member
A lawyer from outside the school, so the committee can investigate any employee including the principal.
🔒
What you get
A tracking number, an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a written outcome — always.
IF SOMETHING HAPPENS

The first fifteen minutes.

Injury, illness, a lockdown or an evacuation — the sequence is written down, practised, and the same every time. Parents are called before the child reaches hospital, not after.

01
The nearest adult actsIMMEDIATE
First aid begins where the child is. Every teacher and attendant is first-aid certified and re-certified annually.
02
Nurse and office alertedWITHIN 2 MIN
A single number reaches the infirmary and the front office at once; the nurse comes to the child rather than the other way round.
03
Parents are calledWITHIN 5 MIN
Before any decision about hospital transport — you hear it from us first, from a named person, not from your child's classmate.
04
Transfer to hospitalAS NEEDED
The nearest tie-up hospital, with a staff member accompanying the child until a parent arrives. Never alone.
05
Written incident reportSAME DAY
Filed the same day, shared with the parents and tabled at the next management committee meeting.
THE RECORD — PUBLISHED IN FULL
Reported to the management committee each term.
0
Serious injuries
No injury requiring hospital admission this session.
19
Infirmary transfers
Sent home or to hospital for observation; all with a parent informed first.
7
Bullying cases
Recorded, investigated and closed with a written outcome to both families.
0
Transport incidents
No collision or injury across all routes and daily riders.
Two of this year's bullying cases resulted in a suspension and one in a change of section. Both families were told the outcome in writing. We publish these numbers because a school reporting none is a school not recording them.
